Monthly Prize Draw

Our monthly prize draw is our way of saying thank you for being part of the Responsive Group community. It is free to enter, open to members, and there is never any obligation to take a loan or buy anything to take part. The more of us who come together, the more we can give back.

Terms and Conditions

The promoter. This promotion is run by Responsive Group (ABN 91 701 215 090), a separate community brand and a third party to Responsive Lending. You can contact us at hello@responsivegroup.com.au.

Eligibility. Entry is open to Responsive Group community members who are Australian residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Employees of the promoter and their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion, are not eligible.

How to enter. Entry is free. While you are a current member of the Responsive Group community you are automatically entered into each monthly draw. No purchase, loan or payment is ever required to enter or to win.

The draw. Each draw is a game of chance. Winners are chosen at random from all eligible entries. Draws are held monthly at our office, and the draw date for each month will be shown on this page or in the relevant promotion.

The prize. The prize for each month will be described in the promotion for that month. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless we say otherwise. If a prize becomes unavailable, we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Winner notification. Winners will be contacted using the details held in their membership within seven days of the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within fourteen days, we may redraw where the law allows.

Publication. We may publish the first name and general location of a winner on our website or social channels. We will ask for your consent before publishing anything more.

Privacy. Any information collected for the draw is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and Privacy Collection Notice.

Changes. We may vary, pause or end a draw where it is reasonably necessary, subject to any applicable laws and any directions from a relevant authority.

Permits. Where the value of a prize requires a permit in a particular state or territory, the relevant permit numbers will be shown here before that draw opens.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
